Personal Review:
The movie was funny and there were lots of action going on. Lots of talking as well. I must say not one of my favourite movies compared to Toy Story 3, Harry Potter etc.
PLOT:
Roy Miller(Tom Cruise) and June Havens(Cameron Diaz) bumped into each other twice at the airport. When June was about to enter the plane, her ticket was denied. June then came up with an excuse saying that her sister's wedding was on the next day and she needed to get onto this flied really badly. However, she still was denied. Roy who was next in line told June that most of the things happened for a reason. Meanwhile, Agent Fitzgerald believing that June was working with Roy, puts her in the plane. When June was in the wash room, the remaining passengers all attack Roy. After a forward moment where June kisses Roy, he calmly informs her that everyone on the plane is dead, including the pilots. June thought it was a joke and kept laughing. Roy then entered the cockpit and the bodies of the passengers begin to shift around the plane.
The plane crashed into a corn field. Roy then drugged June and sent her home. He also her that people will come and find her and that, if they constantly repeat that she is being taken somewhere "safe and secure", they are planning to kill or imprison her.
June woke up to find herself in her bedroom. She struggles through a day fitting a bridesmaids dress for her sister's wedding, and is shocked to learn her sister would like to sell their father's GTO, which June had planned on finishing as a wedding present. June was then picked up by several agents. Roy arrived and, through a long gunfight on the highway, kills several agents and reclaims June.
June flees away but it always seemed that Roy knew where to find her. June then fled to Rodney, a firefighter and former boyfriend. Believing Havens is merely stressed and is playing out a fantasy, Rodney tries to comfort her until Roy arrives and kidnaps June, handcuffing her and shooting Rodney is a specific non-vital area and telling him it'll make him a hero and virtually guarantee his promotion to Lieutenant.
Roy explained that June would be safe with him and thus she decided to follow him as they went to pick up Simon Feck, a genius inventor who created a perpetual energy battery called the Zephyr. Roy arrived at his safe house where he left Simon, only to find out that he was gone. However, Roy manged to find out where Simon was heading to. However, both Roy and June were ambush by men belonging to Antonio, a Spanish arms dealer. After again drugging June, she drifts in and out of consciousness between their capture and escape from Antonio's men, and Roy brings her to an island that is off the grid, which Roy uses as a safe house. Accepting a call from her sister after leaving in frustration, June accidentally leads the CIA straight to the hideaway. They try to kill the two of them with a remote drone.
Since June hated to be drugged, Roy knocked her out and was transported to a train heading through the Alps, which Simon left as a message in code for Roy. June woke up but did not see the message written by Roy, telling her to stay in the room. She went out to get some breakfast. She then encountered Danny, a German Assassin who pretended to be Simon. But June found out and by the time it was too late. Luckily Roy came to her aid. June used a trick thought by Roy, and Danny was knocked from a window and killed by a train.
Roy, Simon and June ended up in a hotel in Spain. Roy told the both of them to stay in their rooms while he went out to do something. He met with a cutout of Antonio and was stalked by June who felt heartbroken when she found out that Roy was intending to sell Zephyr to Antonio. She was then picked by the CIA and was told that June could assist the CIA crew by pressing the tip of a given spy gadget pen when she is near Roy and the CIA would come to her aid immediately. However, Roy managed to escape but got shot and falls into a canal.
June returned home and heads to an address she remembered from Roy's iPhone, where she finds Roy's parents. They believe their son, a former Army sergeant and Eagle Scout, is dead; but they are fabulously wealthy from winning lotteries and sweepstakes they don't remember entering. Leaving a message that she has the Zephyr, she is captured by Antonio's men and taken back to Spain. She is drugged with truth serum before being rescued by Roy, who was tracking Fitzgerald, who was delivering Simon to Antonio.
Chasing Fitzgerald, they finally came to a stop at a small port. Roy surrendered the Zephyr in a small satchel but was shot when he saved Simon. Simon told Roy that the battery was unstable, thus it blew up, killing Fitzgerald. But Roy dropped to the ground due to a gunshot wound. After waking up in a hospital, Roy received an apology from the director, who tells him that June had gone home to move on with her life and claims that Roy can't be distracted. Roy was later given medication by a nurse, who turned out to be June. After June breaks Roy out of the hospital, he wakes up in the rebuilt GTO that belonged to June's father. After Roy asked her what day it was, June kisses him and says it's someday. This is a reference from the start of the movie that they both have things they want to do someday, and June begins to drive towards Cape Horn.

TOY STORY 3D
Personal review:
Best one yet. Perfect way to end the trilogy. Such a SPECTACULAR movie. It was very emotional as it came to an end. Tears came out from my eyes. Really good indeed.
This movie was also really intense as we actually won't know what might happen to the characters. Anything was possible. There were troubles from every corner, coming from one way or another. Really suspenseful which I know for this sort of movie, it was really difficult to make. DISNEY and PIXAR should work on more movies together.
Lee Unkrich, once an editor for the past 2 Toy Story films, directed this movie. I must say that he really had a done very good job. Well done TOY STORY! and goodbye Andy.
PLOT:
Andy was leaving for college soon. He had lose interest in playing with his toys. Thus, Woody, Buzz and the rest of Andy's toys were getting worried. They thought that Andy was going to throw them away. Luckily, Andy had no plans for that but instead wanted to put them except Woody who will be brought to college along with him, to the attic. Andy packed the toys into a trash bag in which it was unfortunately mistaken by Andy's mum as a bag of garbage. Thus, she threw it away. Believing that Andy has thrown them away, the toys escape from the bag and sneak into a box in Andy's mother's car to be donated to Sunnyside Daycare. Having seen what really happened, Woody finds the others and attempts to resolve the misunderstanding, but they refuse to listen and he is forced to come with them as they are driven to the daycare.
Andy's toys receive a warm welcome from the toys at Sunnyside, led by Lotso. The toys were very delighted to be here when they found out that they will never be outgrown by children there. Woody hated it as he still believe that they belong to Andy and will always be there for him. The others assert their belief that Andy has moved on without them, prompting Woody to leave his friends and return to Andy alone. Shortly after Woody leaves, Andy's toys discovered that the children Lotso assigned them to be played were very abusive and tortured them. Buzz goes to confront Lotso over the matter, but is captured by some of the Sunnyside toys and reset by Lotso to his original, deluded space ranger personality.
Meanwhile, Woody who tried to find his way back home was found by a toy-loving girl from the daycare named Bonnie, who takes him in as her new toy. Unfortunately, she forgets to take the cowboy's hat along with her. Woody was told by Bonnie's other toys that Sunnyside is actually a toy prison run with an iron fist by Lotso, who snapped after he was accidentally lost and replaced by his old owner. Woody realizes his friends are in danger and sets out to rescue them. Back at the daycare, the other toys discover that Andy is looking for them when Mrs. Potato Head sees him through her missing eye, which was lost in Andy's room. Realizing their error, the toys prepare to leave but are imprisoned by Lotso and his henchmen, including the reset Buzz, who was turned against them by Lotso. The next day, Woody returns to Sunnyside and reunites with his friends, and they break out of Sunnyside together to return to Andy before he leaves for college. During their escape, they subdue Buzz and try to change him back to his usual self, but he is accidentally reset to a still-delusional Spanish setting instead.
The toys go through a garbage chute leading to a dumpster outside, but are caught by Lotso and his henchmen. Woody reminded Lotso about his terrible past which then led to a sudden change of heart to his henchmen and thus, throwing Lotso in the dumpster. However, Lotso dragged Woody along with him. A garbage truck came to collect the rubbish which has Lotso and Woody in it. Thus, Andy's toys decided to save Woody by jumping into the dumpster of the truck. In the truck, Buzz returns to normal after a television falls on him and restores his memory. The toys are taken to the dump and forced onto a conveyor belt towards an incinerator. They find Lotso and save him from the conveyor belt, but he leaves them to fall into the incinerator.
Just when Andy's toys were about to meet their certain doom, they were rescued by a giant claw crane operated by the squeeze toy aliens, while Lotso is found by a garbage man and tied to the front of a truck, to his dismay.
The toys hide in another garbage truck, which drives them back to Andy's house where Andy finds them. However, Woody decides that his toys deserve better than to be stored in the attic, so he leaves a note to Andy giving him the address for Bonnie's house. Andy donates his toys to Bonnie, including Woody, who decided to join his friends. Andy plays with his toys one last time with Bonnie before heading off to college. The toys at Sunnyside begin turning the daycare into a true toy paradise, while Andy's toys begin their lives anew under Bonnie's care.

The Karate Kid
Personal review:
The movie was inspirational and emotional. You can even feel the pain every time a person gets hit. Starring Jaden Smith, Will Smith's son and Jackie Chan. This movie brought a lot of courage and strength to the viewers like it did to me.
Plot:
12 year old Dre Parker and his mother moved to Beijing, China to start a new life. Dre develops a crush on a young violinist, Mei Ying. However, Mei Ying's classmate Cheng, a Kong fu fighter whose family is close to hers, attempts to keep them apart by fighting Dre. Dre was also bullied in and out around school, thus beginning to hate China even more. During a time, he wanted revenge and spilled a pail of water at Cheng and his gang. There was a long chase with full of stunts included which led Dre to a dead end. However, Dre was rescued by Mr. Han who then revealed himself as a Kong fu master of some sort.
Han mends Dre's injuries using fire cupping. They then went to Cheng's teacher to make peace. However, the teacher who thought his students to show no mercy to their enemies, challenges Dre to a fight with Cheng. Han declined but was being threatened by the teacher unless one of them fights. Han then agreed to let Dre fight Cheng in an upcoming tournament but Dre must be left alone until the tournament. The 2 Kong fu masters agreed.
Han begins training Dre by taking off and on and putting up and dropping down Dre's own jacket. Dre kept on doing that for days and he soon felt paranoid and thus did not want to continue anymore. Han then explains why and showed him some cool moves. Dre's fighting was progressing. During a lesson in the Wudang Mountains, Dre notice a lady copying the movements of a cobra. But Han explain to Dre that the cobra was the one who was copying the lady's movements like a mirror reflection. Dre was thought more Kong fu and he tried to use this reflection technique on his mother which was unsuccessful.
Dre's friendship with Mei Ying continues. The both of them promised to be in each other's competition. They even shared a light lips-kiss. Dre persuaded Mei Ying to cut school for a day of fun since her Audition was tomorrow. However, all of a sudden, Mei Ying received a phone call stating that her Audition was today. After the Audition was finished, Mei tells Dre that her parents have deemed him a bad influence, and forbid her from spending any more time with him.
When Dre finds Han drunk and despondent, he learns that it is the anniversary of his wife and son's deaths which occurred years ago when he lost control of his car while arguing with his wife. Dre reminds Han that one of his lessons was in perseverance, and that Han needs to heal from his loss, and tries to help him do so. Han then assists Dre in writing a note of apology to Mei Ying's father, who, impressed, allows Mei to attend the tournament.
At the tournament, the under confident Dre is slow to achieve parity with his opponents, but soon begins to best them. He managed to reach to the semi finals as well as Cheng who violently finishes off his opponents. Dre eventually fights one of Cheng's classmates in which he was ordered by his master to break Dre's leg. During the match, that student delivers a devastating kick to Dre's leg, along with a series of brutal follow-up elbow punches Thus, that student was disqualified from the match due to illegal strike. Dre was incapacitated, which means Cheng will win by default if Dre does not return to the arena in 2 minutes.
Despite Han's insistence to fall back from the match, Dre wanted to see the tournament to the end. Thus, he convince Han to use his fire cupping technique to mend his leg. Dre returns to the arena on time, where he confronted Cheng. Dre delivers impressive blows, but Cheng counters with a debilitating strike to Dre's already injured leg. Dre struggles to get up, and adopts the one-legged form he first learned from the woman on the mountain, attempting to use the reflection technique to manipulate Cheng's movements. Cheng charges Dre, but Dre flips, and catches Cheng with a kick to his head, winning the tournament, along with the respect of Cheng and his classmates, both for himself and Mr.Han.
Final comments:
Will Smith is a Producer for this film in which I, myself, find it very interesting. The father would be behind the camera watching his son act. KEEP IT UP GUYS :))
